Service Description

In this six-week program, I will join you in your wellness journey offering support, encouragement, and advise. Each week you can look forward to: -A weekly Biofeedback scan including analysis and remote balancing. - A weekly 1 hour zoom/facetime consultation. -A personal wellness package including a Bach remedy prepared and mailed to you. -You will learn a new grounding/relaxing technique each week. -Access to e-mail for any needed encouragement between weekly appointments.
